Smithwick's Ale

SCORE: 4.20REVIEWED BY: Lakeffect
RATINGS: Appearance [3], Nose [4], Taste [5], Mouth [4], Drinkability [5]
COMMENTS: Rolls down easy and leaves a nougat aftertaste going down, like a candy bar when one is starving. Just enough foam and a little catch in the throat to make it seem like one of those snobbish craft beers with a name too long, but much better tasting.

COMMENTS: Pours a medium amber/brown color. Aromas of caramel malts, minor hops, and a touch of wood. Flavor is burnt caramel, fruit and a smooth roast finish.
